I am leaving next Saturday for a week at Disney with my DH, DD7, DS3, and DD1 . I am trying to pack but I always end up forgetting something.

What are some last minute tips of things that I should remember? Or is there anything that you wish that you had with you for your trip that you forgot? Or perhaps just some tricks to make things easier?

We have tickets to PPP, Cinderella's Royal Table, Epcot segway tour(Just us adults:cool1: ) and Fantasmic Dinner package.:yay:

extra batteries for the camera...and extra memory cards. those things are very expensive at dinsey.

walk through your bathroom..i have forgotten a toothbrush and hairbrush before.:confused3

I always make sure to bring the kids meds with us for colds and such and a nasal asperator just in case. It actually came in handy on a trip down the shore in south jersey one year. My little one at the time got a cold while we were there - just woke up with it all of the sudden. I was sure happy to have all the stuff I needed to make her feel better!

I found this little nugget on this site before our first trip last year and it was so wonderful!

If you haven't already packed it - bring a power strip. You know, for the digital camera, cell phones, laptops, camcorders, etc, that all need to charge. Think about how few available outlets one usually finds in the average hotel room.

If I knew where I read this tip I would go back and that the poster profusely. I recommend it to all my friends who go down there and everyone says how awesome it is.

Have a great trip!

A nightlight so the kids can see to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night.

Also toss in a few garbage bags to use for dirty laundry and several gallon and quart size ziplocs (you will always find a use for these!).

A little first aid kit. Thermometer, children's meds, that type of thing. DS ended up getting sick on the last few days of our visit and he was burning up in the middle of the night. We didn't have those things but thankfully DH ran out to a 24 hour CVS at around 3 in the morning. Since then, we've brought those things along with us - just in case. (We don't stay at the resorts.)

The people we went with this past fall was glad that I had packed the Blister Block. :thumbsup2

I brought along Kix cereal, Cheerios, and Nutrigrain bars for my 12 month old into the parks.
I was hoping to find dish detergent wipes to clean sippy cups and refillable mugs but couldn't find it in the stores.
Blister Treatments.

Have fun on your Trip!!

I always pack my husbands doc kit and my make-up bag the night before we leave so that when we get ready in the morning and I've forgotten something, I can put it in then and it doesn't get left behind.

I always pack quick melt tylenol for the kids, Immodium (just in case) and band-aids. Those are things that you are sure to need as soon as you realize you left them at home. :scared:

Enjoy your trip. :goodvibes

one thing we ALWYAS bring with us is one of those plastic shoe over the door hangers. It has many pockets and we are able to put our toothbrushes, makeup, medicine, etc. right in the pockets so it doens't clutter up the sink area. You can put the kids stuff low so they can get to it and medicines and adult stuff up higher. You can purchase them at the dollar store... I have bought a nice one as we are frequent travlers ... we just save it from trip to trip....

Plastic grocery bags...tons of uses for these. When we were in WDW last March DD8 got sick on one of the buses, I would have loved to have a grocery sack to "catch" it before it hit the floor...EWWWW!!!

Yes, we packed one of these as well. But the only thing is...we didn't pack it when we were leaving. :rotfl: :headache: So anyone who stays in the last room on the ground floor in the front Jazz building at ASMu will have a nice little flat panel night light to look forward to!

The best way to not have this happen to one of my kids is for me to be prepared....I will bring the bags! If I have them I will not need them, if I don't have them I will be kicking myself later!:lmao:

Yeah, I saw it coming and I actually said to my husband "HAND ME SOMETHING!!!" Of course, he didn't have anything to hand me, but it sure was a good idea! Poor kiddo! Two days before she got sick (I got it too, just not on the bus) we were in line waiting for the bus to take us back to our hotel, when a gentlemen tapped me on the shoulder and said "Excuse me ma'am, but that girl behind you just puked and I think it got on you." LOVELY thing to have someone tell you!! I didn't find any "evidence" on my clothing or anywhere, but sure enough two days later 2 of us were sick! I don't know if that's enough time for something like that to effect us or not, maybe it was just a coincidence....strange though! Taught me to be prepared for anything!!

the sun roof of one of my strollers.. have no idea how I did that one. I dont even know why it was off. I was going to go buy a new stroller but went to walmart and bought cheap material.

We were at my grandmothers for a few days before wdw so I sewed a new one.. it wasnt the best and I think my grandmother found it amusing as I pieced it together.
