I finally saw the lights! Our super special anniversary trip! NEW 2/2 pg.18

Pretty good night at DHS. Glad you got another shot at TSM. Love the pics of OL.

So sad to see this end but I'm looking forward to your April PTR. :)

Oh the lights! Someday...someday...I can't believe you are home already, that day flew. I love the picture of the 4 of you, just wonderful. Good for you for making them suck it up. :thumbsup2

What a great last day :) So for F&W with kids, would you recommend going earlier in the day to get out before the evening crowd? That crowd you had was insane. Sounds like you had a good plan though and the boys had fun.

Glad you had a nice meal and another night with the lights. You guys got a great family picture that night:goodvibes

I'm sad this trip report is coming to an end, but happy you've got another trip coming up here pretty quickly, can't wait to read your final thoughts from this trip and see pictures of all your souvies.

I don't want your TR to be over. Boo!

What a great last year. I was noticing how empty the park was when you went in in the morning. Then by the time you got back to the world showcase - WOW! Super crowded.

You got a ton of great pics and the boys seem to be having a great last day. Cool that you got to ride TSM without much of a wait. I am pretty impressed with that.

Looking forward to your final thoughts.

Nice family pictures! :santa:

So glad you got to see the lights. We went over there on NYE before we went to Poly for fireworks.

An uneventful flight is a good thing. Going back to the real world, not the greatest, but another trip is close at hand. :thumbsup2

It was a nice way to end the trip!

Less than 3 months away from the next one!!

You HAVE to see those lights someday! They are beautiful. If given a choice, I'd plan a trip for early December so I could see all of the holiday decorations everywhere. I love everything we saw, but it would have been cool to see the story tellers at Epcot & the resort decorations.

I would recommend going to Food & Wine during the week. The crowds really built as we got closer to the weekend. We were there earlier in the week & it wasn't so bad, but Friday night & Saturday mornings were both busy.

I'm not sad to be ending this report at all... it was a great trip & we have another one right around the corner!

It was a nice last day. The morning in future world was fine but yes, once we hit the WS at lunch time, it was a zoo! DHS wasn't so bad.

I should be wrapping this report up this week but I'm happy to share all of my April planning on my new PTR. :thumbsup2

Nice family pictures! :santa:

How fun that you were there right in the middle of the holiday fun! I'd be up for attempting a Christmas or maybe Thanksgiving trip one of these years. Alex's birthday is right around Thanksgiving so maybe one year when he's hitting a milestone birthday... but then we'd have to plan a birthday trip for Zach & his isn't at such a convenient time of year - late September. Too early in the school year to miss school!

Well your about done this report & I just got all caught up!!

I love the pics of your photo session. They came out great.:thumbsup2

You got some great pics at AK on the safari.:thumbsup2

Even though it seemed really crowded a lot of the time it seems like you got a lot done.

You got a lot of great souvies!! I love the Christmas towels, the EE T shirts, the Boardwalk magnets etc.

Less than 3 months for us!!:banana:

Finally caught up...

I too love the PP pic in front of MK so cute...that's a framer! :goodvibes

We had the gangster too...and poor Rachel was so worried about her "dying" too ;)

I love that you loved the O-lights...they are something, your PP pic is great too...looks like you had a really good last few days w a lot of fun highlights from your dinner, the boys liking the kids club, and so much more :thumbsup2

I can't believe your trip is coming to an end! I need to get over to your pre-trip and join in there.

What a great morning at Epcot! I have some of the same pictures as you from the KP mission in France. I think Jeremy and I did every KP mission this trip!

Nice family photo at the Osborne Lights!

:thumbsup2An uneventful flight home is always a good one!

I'm trying to get caught up on all my subscriptions before I leave Thursday and see that I mised two of your updates. :headache:

What a great morning you had Epcot. You could give MEK a run for her money with your photos...they are wonderful. So glad the boys got to do the KP. And what great photos with Pooh and Tigger--my favorites.

The photopass photo by the lights is a wonderful family shot, and the light pictures are beautiful; I really need to get there to see that one of these years.

Great final updates! Sad to see this trip come to an end....but knowing there is one right around the corner must make it easier. :thumbsup2

I'm so glad the boys' experience at the Kid's Club was a positive one. I know how much you stressed over that decision. ;)

The pictures of your walk to the Dolphin are beautiful!

I would love to see the Osborne Lights....someday. **sigh** For now, your beautiful pictures will have to do!

We did get a lot done considering the crowds & got a lot of great souvenirs... more coming up!

I need to get on printing pictures! :headache:

Glad to hear Alex wasn't alone in his worry for the gangster!

The O-Lights were AMAZING! They didn't disappoint! I was worried they might not live up to my expectations but they certainly did!

I'm quite impressed with how quickly I've written this TR! I guess it helps to have a second trip 5 1/2 months after the first one!

I love those KP missions! We need to do Norway & Mexico.

we asked and got the cowboys one! it was cute...

It's fun to see both versions.

I'm trying to get caught up on all my subscriptions before I leave Thursday and see that I mised two of your updates. :headache:

Oh you are too sweet... I don't think I can touch MEK with the quality of my pictures! I do need to get a new camera to play with for the next trip. DH just cashed in some Marriott Rewards points for a $200 Best Buy card... :rolleyes1

Having a trip right around the corner has definitely motivated me to speed through this one!

Everything about the BC/Boardwalk area is gorgeous! I can't wait to get back there.

You'll see the lights someday. :goodvibes

I also got them (and their mom Laura) each a Disney scarf. Apparently, I didn’t take a picture!

This is the new ToT shirt I bought Alex:

I don’t remember where we got this… Alex was looking for something that represented all four parks & found this:

There were also some Christmas items I bought for our moms that I didn't get pictures of... I'll try to do better next time. :rolleyes1

Up next: Final thoughts

Wow, you got some great souvenirs. Love the last Mickey representing the four parks, very cool:thumbsup2:thumbsup2

what are the nemo fish? are they gems, soap, etc?

Great souvies! Love the last one that represents all 4 parks. Also like the jingle Mickey ornament and picture frame. I wanted to do the Mickey family decals for my car but my teen vetoed that idea. :rotfl: Guess she didn't want me at the high school with them. ;)

We got some of these this time, too. The girls loved sorting through all of the colorful jewels and choosing the ones they wanted.

We also got the Prep and Landing pins.

It's always fun to bring a new little dose of Disney home to carry you through from trip to trip.

Looked at all your souvie pictures this morning before I left for work and I'm finally getting here to comment with a big.....:thumbsup2 You got some cute/fun stuff.

Isn't it great how the kids enjoy the "free" pins as much as they enjoy the real ones. I know my nephew collected quite an assortment a few years ago.
