Step one
Find the pic you want to post, and copy the url

http://www.news.uiuc.edu/scitips/04/0316bluepoppy.jpg

Step two
Paste the url into the text box, and highlight

Step three
Click the Post picture icon in the formatting tool bar *the one with the bold and italic icons*

I believe you go and design your ticker....and then it will generate one...and then you copy and paste it like a picture--or something like that.

I have now probably confused you more. Sorry.

ETA: ticker.com is not the website you do that at though.

Anyone having a hard time posting a picture is best to stop on to the Tech board http://130.94.75.33/forumdisplay.php?f=43 and just making a post asking for help. Many there are willing and able.
