That beast was too much for me and I have been wanting to trade it in for a while. I am happy to say that after a lot of test drives and meeting pushy salesman that we finally moved on to a new style.

What is it you ask? A station wagon! YEAH! Now I wanted an old-school Buick Woodie Roadmaster but wasn't able to find a decent one anywhere (trust me, I searched ever possible venue), so I know have a 2008 Volkswagen Passat and it is SOOOO much easier to drive.

Did I mention I finally convinced DH this year to fly? Vacations have always been spent with 2 days on either end of long, horrible driving and we never really seem to fully enjoy ourselves. In April we're flying straight to Orlando and won't leave the grounds until it's time to head back to the airport. Good idea, eh?

Well congrats on everything, I personally wouldn't be caught dead driving a van (I don't mean that in a bad way to those of you who do, it's just me). Should be a nice car for you. I had a '96 Jeep Cherokee and when I traded it in in '01 for my Acura MDX I noticed such a difference. It really felt like moving from a truck back into a sedan (had an Accord before the Jeep and a Jetta before that so it felt strange when I first got the Jeep). We bought another MDX in '05 and still love it, but now I'm SO mad that they changed the design (too modern)! :headache:
