I finally get through to make an ADR and then...click

I finally get through after being on hold 10 minutes and just as I hear the lady typing in her computer to check for Chef Mickey's I hear...click...then dial tone! What is going on with their system? I didn't want to be on hold another 10 minutes so I just gave up for now. Too bad they don't have caller ID and can call me back

I would call back! Chef Mickey is getting tougher to get date/times that you want....
