I finally decided.

For the past few weeks I have been bee-bopping between careers and colleges, basically my future. Originally, I wanted to be the owner of an Inn. I could make it a cute B&B. Then, I wanted to be a writer. I am already writing a book, and could continue. Then I wanted to be a homicide inspector. I love thrills and I can catch connections between events not many people can catch. I also don't get creeped out in the least. Now, I finally decided what I want to be.
My bestest friend in the entire world, Tate, wants to be a nurse. She is going to go to med school and then she wants to work in the ER. I want to be a nurse or doctor in the ER. I work better in chaos and can concentrate better that way. I also want to have a career that can somehow help people. This is the first time in my entire life that I have felt 100% sure about this career choice. As of colleges, I am probably going to apply to Yale, Princeton, Columbia, Harvard, Johns Hopkins University, University of Pennsylvania, or University of Chicago. Obviously I have a lot of back-ups. But I mostly want to go to Yale, Columbia, Johns Hopkins, or University of Chicago.
Sorry, I'm just so excited I finally know what I actually want to do!
What do you guys want to be when older? If so, do any of you have any idea what college you want to go to?

Well I am a senior in high school and I am going to be a chorus teacher. I have already applied and gotten accepted into 4 schools and am currently doing auditions for them.

I've really been thinking lately. I wanted to become a news journalist. But, lately I was thinking about becoming an american history teacher. I love american history. I am still really deciding.

I want to be a Psychiatrist and I'm set on it. I love helping people, and studying behavioral/mental problems interest me in a way. I can be a hero to parents of a mentally disabled child, etc. I'd especially want to work with children.
As far as college goes, I'm going to wait and see for which University I want to enter.

Well I'm going for elementary ed. But before when I was flip flopping between career choices, I was thinking of being a marine biologist, pharmacist, or a zoologist. But then I decided to do elementary ed because I love kids so much. But who knows. Maybe I'll change my mind again. Zoology still keeps popping itself back into my head. I would absolutely adore either going to Africa to study animals or just taking care of them in the zoo. Who knows what'll happen...

I plan on attending a college in Florida or maybe Michigan State and if I become an author I'm planning on moving to Edinburgh.
If I'm a Cast member I will obviously move to Florida where I can work in WDW.
Video Game Designer, probably around Florida so I can just go there often.
Historian, I'm not sure where I'll want to move to.
History teacher. Probably around my hometown.
English teacher, probably around my hometown.

Really I'll just go wherever my job takes me...

Thanks. I love history! I am a history fanatic! Some of my favorite teachers have been history teachers. One of them was my math teacher and that's it.

Cool! My mom is a first grade teacher and she loves it. The pay isn't all that good, but she doesn't care. She loves what she does and that's all that matters really.

I'm going to be a social worker for children services. I'll probably be majoring in psychology with a minor in spanish language at University of Arkansas. Although I've also been looking into University Of Central Florida because they have a great social work program.

I was gonna start college in the fall or summer but I've decided to wait a year. There's no reason I have to go to college so soon. I have all the time in the world.

And Allie, don't worry! You're only 12. Like I said, we have all the time in the world to decide.

All throughout middle school and most of high school, I thought I wanted to be a teacher. But then I changed my mind, I don't want to be a teacher at all.

I'm a history and theatre double major, so I know I at least want to do something in one (or both) of those fields. But exactly what do I want to do with my degree? I have no idea.

*shrug* I still have 2 years left before graduation/entering the real world...
