Or something. I was the e-mail-er who had the experience with the towncar at the Dolphin when I asked for a cab. Not only am I happy to have my e-mail read, but I'm comforted to know I wasn't that off in being irked by it.

I though it was great that you let everyone know. It was a pretty sleazy move on their part.

That is a great tip! :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

In fact when I listened to it, I immeditely sent my Mom and email about it. We had an experience there a few years ago when we were going from the Dolphin to AKL for breakfast. It cost us 40.00 to get there! We were shocked!

The part that bugged me the most was that the concierge was so blase when I asked about it-would an "I'm sorry." be that hard?
