I feel so blessed!!

When we purchased SSR back in April '04 we figured this was a once in a lifetime purchase. We are "simple" folks. We don't drive fancy cars..well at least I don't think they're fancy (dh is '97 mine an '02, both minivans). Our house is over 40 years old....

So we got the DVD, fell in love with it and purchased 150 points.

We figured we could do 5 nights, S-Th, for only 135 points. Once we got the paperwork we changed our minds b/c who wants to be tied down to only Sun-Th?? So we added on 25 more.. making it 175. Now we have to borrow 14 points each year to stay Fr-Th.

Jump forward to Feb '05.. add-on special of a 100 bonus developer points if you do an add-on of 120 points........So we purchased an add-on.

Jump forward to Feb '06..... friends and family special... and guess what.... I just added on another 120 points!!

I am soo excited!! I figured that I would have to work and extra 6 hours a week to cover the cost of our add-on. It will be SO worth it!!

I was teasing dh saying that with 4 kiddos, we're going to have to have at least one more add-on so everyone gets their own contract

I truly can't believe that we now have 415 points a year!! I remember when we first joined and I would see DISers with these huge points over 300 and thought.. man.. I would LOVE to have that many points.... now I DO!!

DVC affords us lots of great times for us as a couple and for our extended family and friends. We have donated a weeked to volunteer workers at Give the Kids the World. We too feel blessed!
