I cant find the meal deal info on the web site. It didnt end or anything did it? I just decided I should try it for a couple of days while we are there since I am taking 3 teenage boys this year and the parks will be open late. I wanted to check which restaurants it is valid at.

Thanks damo! If I am reading it right, looks like they raised the price on the dates I will be there. 21.99$ for 1 park and 24.99$ for 2 park. Still probably a deal for the boys tho.

Look in the thread called "dining plan worth it?". There is a link in there for the meal plan that is discounted $5.00 if you pay with mastercard. I just bought the tickets last night. So instead of $19.99, the tickets are $14.99. I could only access this discounted price via the link provided by t-and-a in the aforementioned thread.

It is on the same place on the website for me. Click tickets and then look on the right side of the page. It is under the heading: Addtional Add ons (right under the link for express pass).
