I've never been to Sea World before and I feel like I don't have an idea about the best way to attack the park. We'll be there Saturday, May 29 and will have dinner with Shamu. It is the second seating, but I don't know what time that will be.

If we arrive about 10 in the morning and stay till after our dinner, do we try to do the rides first or the shows or just go in a clockwise direction and do whatever comes next?

Can anybody help with suggestions for a touring plan? It will be me, DH, 9yo DS and 8yo DD.

I really appreciate any advice y'all can give!

I find the best way is to figure out what shows you want to see and go around that schedule. If you go to the circus show (don't remember what it is called) they have a very funny preshow. A comedian who does not talk at all goes around the audience, kind of making fun of people (not in the mean way). The shamu show usually fills up very fast so if that is a priority to see make sure you arrive well in advance. To really see the entire park without rushing around you need about 1 1/2 days but if you cut out a few things you can do it in one day. Also the two major rides in the peak period have very long lines so if you plan on going on these I would do them in the morning.

If u like rides hit kraken and journey to atlantis first then plan the shows in the shows are well worth a visit as are the exhibits
