I feel like an idiot, please help with Passholder question, room rate?

Has anyone tried to book online using the Passholder Best Rate Program? I went to www.disneyworld.com/passholders like the wdwinfo page says and I plugged in all my pass information but can't find a link to any kind of online room booking from there. Am I missing something?

Go to special offers at the top lefthand side of the page. Then click on "passholder Program", scroll down and click on "book now". Hope this helps.
