So I was going to see Alice in Wonderland with my friend on Friday, but she backed out. I asked my dad if he wanted to drive down and see it with me and he agreed but people keep saying I should go on Saturday to make it easier for him....I really had my heart set on the day it came out and I have never been this excited for a movie before....Well I just wanted to get that off my chest. Thanks for reading.

That really stinks If it makes you feel better I didnt see it either maybe this weekend!:cheer2::cheer2::cheer2::cheer2:

Aww sorry <3
I know how you feel about the movie, but in the end it is just a movie and it will be there for a couple of months..

and why would going a day later make it easier? you never said..

Oops, sorry. He lives about 3 hours away so he would have to drive down and just get to spend a little bit of time with me then turn around and drive back, but he could stay longer on Saturday.

Oh I just relised something. I have a class at the zoo on Sat afternoon so that is another road block.

is there a theatre you could meet him at about halfway? that way he doesn't have to drive all that way, and could still see the movie.

i agree.. halfway would probably be the best idea..

I guess that could be an option but I don't drive yet and my mom doesn't get along with my dad. This is just a complicated mess of a situation :(

Your mom may have to suck it up for the sake of you and drive you half way. She doesn't have to say anything to your dad does she?

I hope you get to go on Friday.

Are you serious? Who leaves a book bag in class? What were you thinking?! JK. Don't worry about it, that's why we are humans. Because we ALL make mistakes. Funny ones, though.

huh?

Everything has a special time. you should ask your dad when a good time would be! You're feeling giulty, that's ok! It means that you are trying to be considerate for your dad, and that means you love him. it's ok, don't freak.
I don't know if this means anything to you, but I'm gonna pray for you.
