Hey I was just wondering how far away the i-drive is from chatham/patterson apts? Im not going to have a car down there so it would be nice to just take the i-drive buses and it seems like there is a lot to do on the i-drive. Also what are some places, attractions, or resturants you would suggest on the i-drive? Thanks

Chatham and Patterson are basically a block away from International Drive ... HOWEVER, this isn't the tourist part of I-Drive, that's a good 3-4 miles north, past 528 and the Convention Center.

If you look at their route map, http://www.iridetrolley.com/pdf/marker.pdf, Stops 40 and 41 are near the Premium Outlets, which are easy walking distance from Chatham and Patterson. Most all the Tourist-y stuff is between stops 7 and 26.

Chatham and Patterson are close to the outlets which have a trolley service that goes down through all the touristy parts of I-Drive. They use to have a bus too that went to busch gardens for the day, not sure if that still runs. But the trolley is pretty cheap. You can get a day pass for like $4 I would check out iridetrolley.com

SeaWorld/Busch Gardens offers a shuttle to and from Orlando and Busch Gardens for $10 round trip. One of the pick-up locations is the Orlando Premium Outlets so this seems like a pretty good deal if you live in Chatham or Patterson.
