What is the fastest way to get to I-Drive from BWV?

A little more info please - will you have a car? What part of I-Drive do you need to get to? (I-Drive is quite a few miles long.)

If you don't have a car, a taxi is probably the best option.

Sorry about that!

I will have a car and will be driving. I have a friend that just started working part-time at a Subway on I-Drive, and wanted to go and eat there while she's working. She didn't tell me where on I-Drive the Subway is at (she is very directionally challenged); she only said it was next to a Foot Locker.

Help?

LOL, Debi - There are lots of Subways and lots of Foot Lockers in Orlando and surrounding areas. Your friend will have to give you an address - then you can put it into mapquest and figure it out. There must be someone at her Subway that give her an address or at least the nearest cross street.

1: Start out going NORTHWEST on EPCOT RESORT BLVD toward DOLPHIN HOTEL SERVICE RD. 1.7 miles Map

2: Turn LEFT onto E BUENA VISTA DR. 1.4 miles Map

3: Take the ramp toward I-4 / AIRPORT / SR-536. 0.3 miles Map

4: Merge onto EPCOT CENTER DR. 0.4 miles Map

5: Merge onto I-4 E toward ORLANDO. 5.9 miles Map

6: Take the SR-528-TOLL E exit- EXIT 72- toward INT'L AIRPORT / CAPE CANAVERAL / INTERNATIONAL DR / CONVENTION CTR. 0.4 miles Map

7: Merge onto FL-528 E (Portions toll). 0.6 miles Map

8: Take the INTERNATIONAL DR exit- EXIT 1. 0.2 miles Map

9: Take the ramp toward CONV. CENTER / WET'N WILD. <0.1 miles Map

10: Merge onto INTERNATIONAL DR. 1.3 miles Map

11: End at 9101 International Dr
Orlando, FL 32819-8124, US

Couple of notes:
Item 1 is a little confusing. Just take a right out of Boardwalk parking lot, and then left at the light on Buena Vista Dr.
Don't worry about the toll mentioned. You exit 528 before any toll.
Also, there are several other ways to get there if you want to avoid I-4. Just post for more info if you prefer one of these ways.

Actually part of I-Drive is, as it is simply an extension of Epcot Center Drive.

MapQuest route:
Right out of BWV parking area
Left at light on Buena Vista (straight would go into MGM)
Continue past Caribbean Beach resort and intersection for Bonnet Creek resort
Take ramp on right just before overpass - signs will indicate 'to I-4)
Follow signs for I-4 east Orlando
Exit onto 528 tollway (no toll to pay)
Exit 528 at I-drive
Follow I-drive toward Convention Center
Go past Convention Center (some parts will be on the right, then more on the left).
Your destination will be on the left, somewhere past Pointe Orlando

Alternate route avoiding I-4:
Right out of BWV parking area
Left at light on Buena Vista (straight would go into MGM)
Continue past Caribbean Beach resort and intersection for Bonnet Creek resort
Take ramp on right just before overpass - signs will indicate 'to I-4)
Continue straight on this road - don't take I-4 ramps
Go past Nick hotel on right, Marriott Orlando World Center on left
Go thru major intersection (Buena Vista Suites on corner)
Turn left at I-drive (continuing straight here would put you on Greenway toll road)
Follow I-drive to destination (this will be a fairly long, but fast enough drive)

Another alternate route:
Right out of BWV parking area
Left at light on Buena Vista (straight would go into MGM)
Follow road past DTD, thru Hotel Plaza Blvd
At stoplight by Crossroads shopping area, turn left
Turn right (just a block or so) onto Palm Parkway
Follow this to Central Florida Parkway - turn right on Central Fl Pkwy
This will go under I-4 and past Seaworld to I-drive
Turn left on I-drive to destination
