Monday-Downtown Disney

This day was the day that DH actually woke up when we did, which was kind of late. So we all decided to go to Downtown Disney and see what all is there. Jenna decided that even though she wasn't going to be seeing Minnie Mouse she was going to be dressed like her.

The first thing that we did was of course go to The World of Disney store. I have not been in a Disney store in over 10 years so this was a real treat. Of course Jenna enjoyed it too. She got a Mr. Potato Head box, My Little Pony box and a Pirates of the Caribbean Treasure chest full of piratey stuff.

DH had fun in the Lego store. He really likes to put stuff together. He ended up with 2 new Star Wars models.

As we were walking around Jenna saw the face painting booth and decided that she wanted her face painted. Since she was dressed like her, she decided to have her face painted like Minnie Mouse.

Too cute and well worth the money. She had glitter lips too, but she wiped it off, because she didn't like the feel of it. She didn't want to take a shower that night, because she didn't want to lose her paint.

Next everyone decided that they were hungry. We walked around to all of the restaurants and finally after much discussion we all decided to go to Rainforest Cafe. We like the fish tanks there and Jenna and I like looking for Nemo and Dory.

It didn't take long for us to be seated and they sat us next to this:

It was actually nice and cool sitting by the fountain and since it was hot outside we enjoyed sitting by the fountain.

After we finished eating we headed over to DisneyQuest. We all enjoyed the activities in here, but we didn't feel like there was too much to do in there. I don't think that you make a whole day out of it.

We spent a couple of hours in DisneyQuest and then we went visited a couple more shops. I really enjoyed the shopping. Surprisingly DH did too. The last place we went to was the Goofy Sweet shop (sorry I don't remember what it is called). We all got a treat and left for the day.

Everyone was tired so we just went swimming and then everyone went to bed way early.

I had to get it unlocked too!

DH loaded all of the pics from my memory card to a CD and then I lost the CD. Well while I was cleaning my Sewing desk I found the CD and uploaded all the pics. There was a bunch of them. So now I am working on finishing my TR.

Tuesday- MK day.

Jenna and I of course woke up before DH. We tried to wake him up, but all we got was some incoherent grunts. So we got dressed and went to MK without DH.

We got there not too long after rope drop. I don't think that we will ever get there for rope drop or any park for that matter. We always wake up late.

This day Jenna decided to be Cinderella.

She even had on the cutest sequined ballet slippers.

I don't know who they are, but we got to see these ladies. They were very funny and kept talking to Jenna like she was a princess. The lady in pink is bowing to Jenna and then she "got stuck" like that. Too funny.

We rode the Teacups and Buzz Lightyear, of course,

We were going to try and ride Peter Pan, but the line was too long. We decided to get Fast Passes, but we already had Fast Passes for Buzz Lightyear. We were waiting out the last 2 minutes until we could get more FP when the CM who was standing there started talking to Jenna about her dress. Even though we couldn't the FP yet she opened the back of the machine and gave us some. She was really sweet.

This is Jenna while we were waiting to ride Winnie The Pooh ride. I think she was getting tired of me taking her picture.

We rode a couple other rides while we were in Fantasyland. I can't remember them all.

DH messaged me after we rode Winnie The Pooh and so we left to go get him. Jenna was kind of tired at this point, so she took a nap.

We stayed offsite. It would have been a long walk, but as you see Jenna needed a nap. Her nap made for a pleasant rest of the day.
