I don't use EMH, I don't know any of the obscure characters at Disney and I don't care if I never see them. I do know the new ones and the Star Wars People like Chewie and Darth Vader and I love M&Gs with them. So do my grandchildren. All eight of them. I normally don't hit parks early in the morning. I tend to drink a lot of beer and don't mind paying for it. I don't pay for parking because I stay on site and/or have an AP. We also stay offsite quite a bit. I love Soarin', Frozen, Pandora, Star Wars, Toy Story, and all of the new characters. I don't like price increases, but my NFL season tickets just increased 18%. It's a part of life that's inescapable. I don't get upset by changes, I want to experience new things. I do miss some of the old things. River Country, Off Kilter, Body Wars - I miss them but I'm not in mourning over their loss. Well maybe the fife and drum corps but not much else.

So in other words, I'm exactly the person (me and a few million others) who Disney is trying to make happy with many of their changes. Is It working? Last visit was in December and the next two are in June and for Food and Wine. We'll be there for all of F&W except the last week of it. If you don't like the changes then stop going, but I doubt many will. Is it too expensive? Yeah it is, but price out comparable vacations doing something else. They're expensive too. And the prices are not going down.

I understand the angst people are feeling, but I certainly don't embrace it the way many do.
