I don't look like my passport! HELP!

Going to Canada last January, the border guard asked to see my Drs lic also because of the weight loss.....and then it was fine.....and that was just going one way, the other way the guard didn't say anything.

I've lost 188 pounds since my passport photo and we cruise in 3 weeks. I didn't think it was necessary to get a new passport considering my son was 6 months old in his passport and he's 2 1/2 now and looks nothing like his photo. I guess I'll get a new DL before we go in case I have any problems since I don't have time to get a new passport. Yikes!
