I don't like their little songs.

I don't like the way that Ming-Ming talks.

I don't like all the stupid plots.

There is nothing about that show that I like.

That is all.

Is that the one with the guinea pig? I got my "cartoon rodents" tag off a thread about that show. :lmao:

I consider myself lucky that I've never actually seen it.

I like the song...makes me laugh at them....Did you ever hear the one with the puppy that had to go potty.......I laughed so hard at that one..
My little granddaughter likes to watch it

OMG!!! My dd10 has been home sick for the last 3 days and has been watching that show along with several other shows that make me crazy. We are watching Max and Ruby right now.:headache: I thought we'd be done with these kind of shows by now.

I made my grandkids stop watching it for awhile. I was singing the song in my sleep. :scared1: I will take them over The Wiggles. I truly do not like that show.

I know about singing it in your sleep.......I was thinking about it one night and I said.......This is serious..........ROFL.....

Wonder Pets, Wonder Pets, We're on our way

To help the baby animals and save the day

We're not too big and we're not too tough

But when we work together we've got the right stuff

Gooooooooooooo Wonder Pets! Yeah!

Yep. Seen it a few too many times myself :)

What I want to know is, why do they always eat celery to "celebrate" their save?

Omigod, i will take the Wonder Pets over Max and Ruby any day. That show drives me crazy! I can handle the Wonder Pets in very small doses (Very, very small doses :rotfl:).

I thought the Wonder Pets song went like this:

The phone, the phone is ringing
The phone, we'll be right there...

Am I thinking of a different show?

No - that's the right show. What happens is that the phone rings, they answer it, they figure out what baby animal needs help. Then they all put on their hats and get on the fly boat. Then when they are on their way they sing the song about "wonder pets, wonder pets, we're on our way.....".

Their names are Lenny (hamster), Tuck (turtle) and Ming Ming (baby duck).

The phone is ringing is when they get an animal to save. The Wonder Pets song is their theme song. Can you tell I have children.

Gotcha, thanks for clarifying!!

Ming Ming reminds me of how dd used to talk. In fact we used to call her Min Ming all the time

I don't mind the Wonder Pets too much.

But Wow Wow Wubbzy.... Can't stand that voice!!

Here is the most irritating thing about Wonder Pets (to me, anyway):

When a call comes in for help and they all head to the boat, the Guinea Pig has an escape hatch in his cage, the chick has an escape also which is shown, but the turtle....well, somehow he exits his auqarium, goes into a drain, and then comes up in the sink. They don't actually show it, it's just implied. How? How is this possible? The aquarium isn't anywhere near the sink, & it does not have a pipe leading to the sink! Couldn't they have not been so lazy and actually created an escape hatch for the turtle which makes sense (as much sense as a cartoon about talking animals can)??

I don't know why this bothers me so much, but it just does. :rotfl2:

Gotta Get To Disney! :moped:

Animals that talk on the phone, fly in a boat, save other animals - generally very stupid animals (today's animal couldn't figure out that if you want something out of a bottle, you should turn it upside down) - AND SING in rounds or in unison (today's song being, "Turn it over! Turn it over! Turn it over!")...you can swallow all that. But the aquarium-sink conundrum is what gets you. :rotfl:

I don't like Max, Ruby or that little Chinese girl (the poor man's Dora), either.
