So far no rain. Blue skies and pretty warm. Hot when you are out there with no shade for any length of time.

I went out this morning, but just to the gift shop. We were planning to get to an 8 EMH at Hollywood Studios. Jill texted me to grab some milk so the girls could have some cereal, so I got that and came on back.

The gates were crowded, but the park itself, after everyone spread out all over, wasn't bad. We only did a few things, and then we came back to Pop for lunch with Jill's friends, who were just arriving.

They did. We are really, really close to the bus stops and the entrance to Everything Pop, so we are in a very good spot. Not our favorite section, but still great rooms location-wise.

Sophie has been much happier today. She had her medicine, and it has sure made the difference!

Brooklynn and John rode Tower of Terror. I stayed back with Jill, so she wouldn't have to watch both Bella and Sophie. We went through several shops, so I took some Halloween merchandise pictures.



Back at Pop for lunch, swim time, and naps. Headed to Magic Kingdom tonight. Gonna eat a late dinner with a bear, a tiger, a pig, and a donkey.

She gets more alert every day, too. I will talk silly talk to her, and you can see her trying to take it all in. I love watching babies and children so intent on watching and learning things.

I would totally be freaking out about the snakes. I'm not a fan of them. We had a tree frog in our room at POP once. It took us awhile to figure out where it was. Croaked for a long time. Enjoy your night at Magic Kingdom!

With her meds, things were so much better yesterday. She was happy and content as long as she was fed and loved on.

Big black clouds greeted us at Magic Kingdom, but there were only sprinkles for a few minutes, and then they rolled on. It was a beautiful evening in MK.

I don't have a fear, but I do have a healthy respect for them. I tend not to leave the door open too much when we are on the ground floor, because I don't want to wake up in the middle of the night to a lizard sitting on my nose! Now that I know Momma Snake may be out there looking for her wayward child, I am just keeping the door closed all the time. I imagine it was just a black racer. Having the racers around will keep the mouse population in check, so it's not a bad thing.

It was a late meal, but it worked out nicely. We watched Wishes from the porch of CP and then were called right as the finale was starting up.

Today's plan is to open Epcot. We didn't get in until almost midnight, so we shall see if the little ones cooperate with that plan.

I saw on FB this morning that Jill posted a couple pics from the character meet and greet at Epcot - Sophie was being fussy about meeting Mickey, but they had a cute picture of Brooklynn and Bella with Goofy.

OMG! I hope I never see a snake outside our room. I always ask for ground floor..maybe I should re think that.

My DMom just told me she saw one on the path near the Petals Pool bar on the last trip.
She saw a Mousekeeper put a trash can over it as to not scare anyone and a service worker was there quickly to remove it probably back into the grass/woods ????
She said she never told me cause she didn't want me to be freaked out.

I know they are there and respect their purpose there but I do not want to see them EVER!!!

It's our Canadian Thanksgiving today, so I will be enjoying a nice brunch with Mickey waffles, hashbrowns, bacon & sausage and fruit.
Then our full turkey diner with all the trimmings later tonight.
A whole day of yummy goodness!

I am very thankful for all of my DISfriends! You all add something special to my life.

You may notice a change in the ticker below this week....seems the new "deal" for January does not include the Little Mermaid rooms at AoA.
Not surprised at all but still a bit disappointing.
The deal becomes available to the public on the 10th so I'll have to see what the saving will be and then I'll make my decision to keep AoA or go with POP.
I can't wait to see all of the pics that you take when you stay there this week.
