I don't have a report but I do have pictures

TLHB70- Love your photos...we are scheduled on the Eastern cruise in Feb. with some friends...can you tell me more about your excursions? Which ones did you do and did you have any problems? On our past cruises to Nassau, our excursions were not all that great. In fact last Dec. we were taking a water taxi to the Atlantis resort and the water taxi started smoking and then stalled in the middle of the ocean! We were basically stranded for about 2 hrs... so I am reluctant to use a water taxi anywhere...

We did not book any excursions through Disney. I went to the Cruise Critic message boards and researched to learn about excursions to do on our own.

For St. Maarten we did a private tour with Joyce Prince. I really liked her. Now, she was about 15 minutes late picking us up. She said that she forgot to put the drinks on ice so she stopped to buy ice on her way to get us. She provided light snacks and drinks for us for the tour. She took us shopping first. Then we had a sight seeing tour of the island . Then she took us to the beach of our choice. (We chose Divi because it was the "least nude" of the beaches. We saw no nudity there at all.) I liked her and would recommend her.

For St. Thomas we did a tour with Henry of EEE Tours. He had already had people request a tour for that day so we couldn't do a private tour. We had those other few people with us. It was still good. Henry did the same thing. First we had shopping time. Next we had beach time. He took us to Coki Beach (It was gorgeous!!!!!). Last we had tour time. We loved Henry!!!!!!!! He was once a police officer on the island so I felt very safe with him. I recommend him!

For Castaway Cay we just did beach time. We love to simply relax on the beach there. (We did rent floats, though.)

Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks everyone!
I wish I was on the ship now!
I do too. I was on the same cruise with you, we also went to Divi Beach in St Maarten, it was great and no one was there!! Your slideshow was great, I am almost done with my scrapbook. Are you doing another DCL anytime soon?

We don't have one booked, but we have been looking at dates. We want to do another Eastern. We all agree that a 3 or 4 day will not be long enough.

OMG! I just loved your slide show. Brought back many memories of our cruise two years ago. I really want to do it again. That was probably the best vacation I have ever had.

I just realized that my pictures-only link is no longer working. Sorry. I guess since it has been a few months they are no longer available online.
Sorry everyone.
My slideshow is still up, though.

Thank you so much ... my sons loved the pictures ... we can try to explain to them what we're going to do, but of course at 5&6 it's easier to see it in pictures/video.

That was great! It totally brought me back to our Eastern (9/1/07). Our server was actually in one of your pics! Thanks so much for sharing!

A friend sent me the file. I don't know where he found it. I had one that I found online that was close to it, but I never found this same one he had.
Sorry that I can't tell you more.
