That is the point really. I do not expect the food courts to be overly nutritious. I am happy if they offer a decent salad and a non fried protein to put on it. I do on occasion serve corn to my picky eating husband, but I rarely eat it unless it is in season. Where I live that is mid to late July to early September only and then it is a treat. The sugar/carb count in corn is significantly higher than any dark green vegetable which of course is much healthier for you. As I said though it is a food court, so.....................
