I've not missed the cold and snow at all since I moved from Missouri to Florida, however, this I do miss.....

That's the one thing I always think about when DH & I discuss retirement and if we'd want to live in Florida.

I'd miss the Fall. I'd miss the cool, crisp air, the colors, wearing sweaters...everything that you think about when you think about Fall.

I think I'll have to be a snowbird. Winter in Florida, the rest of the time here.

It is very pretty here right now but soon all of those pretty colors will be gone and it will be drab looking. We went to the KC Zoo the weekend before last and the drive up to KC was so pleasant. The colors this year are quite vibrant.

I live in PA and we have great shots like your photos. I will miss it too if we move some day. Not enought to stay through feet of snow. I would love to move to Florida one of these days.

We have all those leaves all over the lawns here now, trees really took a hit this week. They were pretty though. Cool and windy, seasonal now.

Here are a few pictures I took while downstate a few days ago, took my new camera along to try and learn it a bit. The first ones of the trees were at a rest stop, the ones of the sky/sunset were from the car, zippping along at 80, testing the image stabilization. I was pleased with the results. So much to learn wit ha new one.

Microcell, I'd love to see pictures of the Plaza lights! At least you won't freeze standing in the Plaza waiting for them to turn on the lights. I've been there when it was so cold!

We actually have some trees that have changed color here. They are few and far between, but there are some seasonal changes happening.
