You purchased the tickets on wdwinfo? If so then the people you actually purchsed them from are dreamsunlimitedtravel.com. The ticket finder on wdwinfo links to their webpage. How did you have them delivered? Did you choose ground delivery or pickup at will call? In either case you wouldn't be printing your tickets out, you would only be getting a confirmation of your purchase. In any case, go to www.dreamsunlimitedtravel.com and contact them.
