I didn't miss summer Ap yet? right?

What do you think the chances are that the AP rate will include end of August too? I'm anxiously awaiting the summer AP rate but I'm afraid that once it comes out, it will only go through mid-August (like the GP rate now) and I reeeeally want something for end of August! Don't want to have to wait even longer!

Based on last year, to get AP rates for the end of August you might have to wait 'till the end of June. Ugh.

For check ins 8/14/11-10/1/11 flat rate room-only discounts (about 21%-40%) for Annual Passholders became available on 6/30/11, exp 10/1/11

When I called to apply a AAA discount to my reservation the CM told me there were none available...Is it only available on certain resorts at certain times?

Also, those of you with AP discount experience...Is GF usually included? That is where I want to stay and so stressed about this silly discount...

I called on my way home yesterday and I was able to get a discount from AAA!! I got 10% off my room only reservation! YAY! At least it is something while I wait for the AP discount

But... it will be here SOON. Why do I say that? Because I caved and booked at the GP rate - so now that I finally did that, of COURSE the AP rates will instantly come out! Wanted to wait.... but being impatient I booked, which means when AP comes out gotta spend the time on the phone to modify it to Ap rate.

I don't know what the AAA rate is, but when I called and changed our reservation to AAA rate, the cost went from $794 to $635!!! Well worth the cost of joining!

The AAA rate for me was 10% off. I have an AP and I have not yet booked dining...I think I will skip it, but I don't see why it wouldn't. It doesn't hurt to call! If They say no, you could always try a second time too...The first CM told me none were available and the second one gave it to me no problem.

I wouldn't book the dining part now. You may not be able to change/cancel the AAA ressie (with dining) once the AP rates come out. I would book the AAA rate, wait for the AP and then add the dining. Room only ressies can be easily cancelled/changed.

We booked already and I will change it if the AP rates come out. I just "warn" everyone in my family that our resort may change based on the discounts.

I am lucky in that we check out on 6/12, but I am STUNNED that a late summer GP is out already but not summer AP rates.

Has anyone looked at availability with the summer GP rates? Are they getting full to the point that they won't even offer AP?
