I did this last year.....Stuffed Sausages

Stuffed sausages......
cooked lasagna noodles.....on per sausage
Italian sausages.....hot, or sweet..
Shredded mozzarella cheese,
large jar of pasta sauce....or your own.....
Slice top of sausages open to make canoes....fill cavities with
cheese.....
wrap stuffed sausages with cooked noodles....place in 9x13 pan..
Pour pasta sauce over top....sprinkle top thickly with mozzarella
cheese.
Bake at 375° for 50-60 minutes...(may use meatloaf mixture in place of
sausage.....) the kids will love this one....
