I did it!!!!

Just a quick update. After sticking to my plan for 3 1/2 weeks I have lost 6lbs. and lots of inches. 3.5" of my stomach area, 3" of my breast area, 2" of my thighs and 1/2" of each arm. So HAPPY :cool1::cool1::cool1:

That's a lot of inches to lose! You must be seeing and feeling the difference! Great for you. My weight loss has been stalled, but I think I'm still slowly losing inches.
 
Hi. I rejoined my gym on Thursday after a long hiatus. I've gone up three sizes in the last three years and enough is enough. I don't notice it so much in the mirror, but really see it in pictures. I'm happy to see other ladies having success, it's a great motivator. I kept imagining the trainer lady from the Biggest Loser yelling at me while I was on the treadmill Thursday and Friday, lol. It actually kept me going.

Thanks everyone! I am so happy. I lost 5% of my body fat too! I´m already starting to see the difference in the mirror and can definately feel it on my jeans :)
