OMG!! I just bought into AKV
I can't believe I actually did it, we've been debating for quit awhile now and decided this weekend to go ahead and take the plunge. Took all of about 5 minutes on the phone and my guide said "Congrats you're part of the club".
Also a little info if anyone is interested. My guide said there are probably only enough points in Phase I to last through Wednesday then they will only be selling Phase II. If you buy Phase I maintenance fees start immediately, you get matching developer points, and he mentioned an incentive for Disney Visa card holders that is coming up (he did take my rewards number and was going to check into whether he could apply it or not so at this point I don't know exactly what it is) with phase II maintenance fees are being deffered until June 09, you do get developer points but the only UY they are selling right now for Phase II is December. With phase I you get your points immediately we got an April UY which is perfect for us as we travel late May to Early June. Finally obviously you can make ressies for Jambo house right now and they will begin accepting ressies for Kidani in August.
