After trying to figure this out forever I put picture in letters. This is just the picture I was trying it on, so not great but I DID IT!!!!!!

I have photoshop elements. I have been trying to do this for months then kicked myself at how easy it was. I haven't got to try to do one I would use yet I just grabbed any pic and tried, but was really excited when it worked.
