I'm so excited!!! I got the ethernet card and after worrying, reading instructions from Linksys and how-to websites I got the cover open (now that was hard, LOL) and got the card in! I also installed the drivers, only thing I haven't done is plugged in the modem and whatever info Verizon will give me in their install kit.
Is it ok that I installed the drivers before plugging in the modem?

Now I just have to wait for Tuesday for my modem and to think of a whole bunch of email addresses.

Get ready to rumble, Mish!!!!! You are on your way!!!! That was not too bad, was it? Hard part is just trying it.

With XP, you install drivers first, hardware second, I think always, at least all my instructions have been that way. As long as you follow the directions for your OS, you're fine. Good luck, let us know how you do on the next step!!!!!
