And I did some online shopping yesterday- Coldwater Creek is having a 50% off sale online.

The Sims 3 and the extension packs are hard drive hogs. The game runs okay on our laptop (currently it is on a lower end model bought in Nov./Dec. 09). We have been planning to get a desktop or a better laptop for gaming, photo stuff, and other software hogs. You might want to check out the game requirements to see if your computer can handle the load.
