I dare you to

Well, she must have done something right as she raised my wonderful husband.

I have a great MIL. She stays out of our business and is very good to us.

I wish I could say the same about my wife's MIL...

My MIL is a wonderful person and I am blessed to have her in my life-I tell my wonderful DH all the time I married him for his mom.

She not only loves her son and our daughter but me as well and I love her as well.

I'm a pretty lucky girl.

Mine will drop everything and run to where ever she is needed for an emergency. No questions asked.

My MIL passed away last year. (And that's NOT my nice thing--I just realized how that sounded.) I wish I'd known her better--she lived in England so I've only met her once.

She raised four boys with impeccable manners. And she was very good to me. :teeth: She led a very interesting life and I'm glad I had the chance to hear some of her stories before she passed away.

Now saying something nice about my EX MIL--THAT would take me a long time to come up with. :teeth:

I like my MIL. I won't go into a list, but she's generally a good egg.

She was wonderful in every way, and I miss her being with us!

She welcomed me into the family right from the beginning. She and my FIL lived right next door to us, yet they were never the interfering type and we got along great. Loved her very, very much. Sadly, she passed away almost 7 years ago after a long, and extremely courageous battle with ALS. FIL remarried a year later, his wife is nice, but "it's just not the same." :(

Mine is generous and a gourmet cook. :thumbsup2 She also has a twisted sense of humor....just like me!

This is downright painful. I hope you know that. My MIL can be thoughtful. I guess.

Mine would do anything for me and my DH. She's really great!

See guys, you can do it. It drives me crazy all th e MIL vents. Geesh, if it weren't for her, you would not have your spouse.

My MIl is really sweet, I always send her a thank you card on DH's birthday and I think that I am her favorite DIL. Yes I sucked up, there was a lot of competition with 4 brothers. :teeth:

I never got the chance to meet her.

She did raise her son well, and he's a fine man and father because of it. She was also quite free thinking and I respect her for that.

I was going to post the same thing (except my DH isn't a father). She did raise a man who is probably the most caring and compassionate man I've ever known.

My MIL seemed like such a warm, caring, HAPPY person (decorations for EVERY holiday)...I wish I could have known her.
