I couldn't help myself. $20.03 DtD Courtyard by Marriott here I come...again!!!!!!!!

I just had to call Downtown Disney Courtyard by Marriott hotel and make a second reservation for the last week of September for four nights.

$20.03 per night, plus 11-1/2 % taxes, for four nights is $89.36 for the total price.

I talked to the very nice reservationist called (sp?) Krista. And she was so helpful, kind, and patient with me.

She said to make sure to call before 7:00 P.M. EST(?EDT) at the resort directly.

After 7:00 P.M., they tranfer the phone line to their main, national Courtyard by Marriott reservation system (not the Downtown Disney Courtyard by Marriott hotel reservation sytem)

So, call before 7:00 P.M. EST/?EDT and be very nice to my friend (sp) Krista.

I presume that they only have so many rooms set aside for this special, non-refundable $20.03 rate, so call now before they run out.

Krista (sp) said that they serve a wonderful, hot, buffet breakfast. And in the evenings, the manager sets a special time for free refreshments, beer, and snacks to eat.

I told her to tell her manager to come visit us on the "Budget" boards at www.disboards.com and to take a look around and visit all you nice DISers.

Have a good trip and let us know what it is like. I've never stayed there before and am going to WDW in Nov and since I don't have airline tickets, I won't book a nonrefundable hotel yet but this one sounds possible.

are you going to be there the last full week of September? (21st thru 24th?) I know you were looking to do a meet in August but I'm booked for the above dates as well as Labor Day weekend. We don't know each other but if you're looking for a September meet also & will be there my dates just holler!
