butt, if you're leaving soon like I am, and you're concerned about your Magic Bands, call WDW!
My Magic Bands have been stuck as "Being personalized" for 13 days now, and I just called because of things I've read here about them being behind (and I want to paint them an am super impatient
). A super nice guy helped me out on the phone and asked the date I was arriving, I told him and he said my bands should have shipped a week ago for that date! He looked into it and he said he had no idea why, but they were just suck in the system and nothing had shipped. So we went ahead and put a manual order in for the bands and said to check back tomorrow of the following day online for the shipping information.
I'm one of those people that hates calling too soon because I don't want to seem like a pain in the but, or ya know, that I'm impatient. But, I'm glad I did!
