I confess - we're pigs!

We loved Buca di Beppo so much on Saturday that we went back on Sunday (we had to go out that way anyway to exchange my computer ). We loved it so much that we went back on Monday - and it's 35 miles away! (One is opening up near here in a couple of weeks.)

We were good - we ate at home on Tuesday.

We weren't so good last night, we went back to Buca. By now, the owner has talked with us a couple of times (and given us his card) and knows us on sight. Some of the servers and also chefs recognize us, too. He offered us the kitchen table and gave us a bruschetta on the house.

It's really neat sitting at the kitchen table. All of the waiters bring the dishes over to show us before they serve them to other people, so we got to see a lot of things we'd like to get. When we got up to leave, one of the chefs said, "See you tomorrow!"

I'm not taking anything out for dinner tonight - I wonder what will happen.

just a heads up, one is opening in Cherry HIll, NJ near the Cherry HIll mall soon... (Theres the "concept"TDS in that mall as well...)


Are you talking Delaware? or King of Prussia area? or what?

We live in Downingtown and have been going to the Buca in East Norriton (the other side of Norristown). A new Buca is opening in Exton (less than 10 miles away from home) on the 19th.

Luckily for me there is no Bucca di Beppo near me. I would eat there all the time, if there was, and I'm trying to stick with the DIS WISH Challenge

How is the food served there?

I was kind of thinking of becoming a waitress at the Cherry Hill one... what are the prices of the entrees? What is the type of establishment? I know its a chain, but it is like any other chain, or say like a Olive Garden, or Maggianos?


I'm assuming its like Maggianos, but I'm not sure...

It's on Germantown Pk, just down the road from Plymouth Meeting Mall, not quite to the intersection at 202.

They serve food family style, so you would have to carry big platters. They have a web site at www.bucadibeppo.com
