I can't wait until August!!

I have been able to get every single ADR that I wanted. Now I just have to wait until August to enjoy them. I'm so excited as I've only ever been to 2 of these places (heck I've only been to Disney once before) and I know my kids are going to love the character meals.

Here's what we are doing.

Arrival day
August 3rd- Coral Reef 6:10pm, we arrive around 9am so we will probably grab a little something either at the motel or once at the park

August 4th-This day is open, we are planning on doing Planet Hollywood but they don't take ADR's

August 5th- CRT 8:20am, Crystal Palace 5:05pm, will grab a little something inbetween if needed

August 6th- Donald's Safari Breakfast 8:00am, rest of day will do counter service

August 7th- Garden Grill 7:10pm, will get breakfast at motel and grab something at the park if needed

August 8th- 50's Prime Time Cafe 12:15pm, Sci Fi 7:15pm

August 9th- Chef Mickey's 6:50pm, will grab something at motel or park before then

August 10th- Fly home

I know to some it may seem like a lot but I figure that with prices the way they are we probably won't make it back anytime soon so I am going to get in as much as possible. Plus I know my kids well enough to know that they will enjoy the breaks from the hot sun, my 7 year old gets very whiney sometimes!!

I just made the Crystal Palace and 50's Prime Time ADR's this morning and I had a great CM. She ask if we were celebrating anything and I said yes my daughter's birthday. So she noted it on BOTH ADR's. She said that she felt you could never celebrate too much!!

We fly to London on 3rd August, it's our Wedding Anniversary

We fly to Disney on 5th and have 3 and half weeks to play

Your ADRs look great, I have put mine on my pre TR in my sig. I can't wait for August either 6 weeks to go

I thought Planet Hollywood did take ADRs?

Planet Hollywood does makes ADR's (through disney dining). I made one for our August trip.

When in August are you going? I tried to make an ADR for 8/4 and I was told they didn't take them during the summer months

Maybe Planet Hollywood has ADRS booked up for August? I say that because most people make their ADRS on exactly 180th day before going, so maybe they don't have availability right now for August, but you can still take a chance and see what happens if you walk in?

Actually I was told it was walk ins only during the summer

So who knows. If it works out great, if not then there are plenty of other places we can go

Memy26 - I just called today for an ADR at Planet Hollywood in August. Had my choice of times. I would call, my guess is that you will not have a problem. Have fun! I am torn - I can't wait until August either but I don't want to rush the summer away. It will be right back to school when we get home from the World.

It was for dinner. Rather than telling me what was open she just asked what time we wanted to dine. I was kind of caught off guard. Good luck!

I can't wait, either! It will be our honeymoon and dh's very first trip! We are doing CRT for dinner, Coral Reef, San Angel, Boma, Whispering Canyon, Sci- Fi, and Yak and Yeti. Staying at ASMovies.

We're waiting for August too and so excited as this will be just me and my 10 year DD!!! We have ADR's at Prime Time, Boma, 1900 Pk Fare, Coral Reef, LTT, Tusker House, Cape May, and the GF Afternoon Tea!!! It's gonna be great!!

Another one for August here! DD and I are celebrating our birthdays together because the dates are soooo close. DH won't be left our as we will be celebrating his b-day and our 20th anniversary on our first Disney cruise next year. We have ADR's at Coral Reef, Chefs, Yak & Yeti, Ohana, GF Cafe, Sci-Fi Dine-In, CRT, Boma's and finally Planet Hollywood. Can't wait. Have a magical August trip everyone!
