I cant sign in to the Disney website ???

I have been signing in off and on for the past 2 months to check for dining reservations and fastpasses now it says my member name or password do not match. Anyone having this trouble ?

Just had this issue. Reset password then waited another 15 minutes and I got signed in. Still glitchy but I could view my itinerary and make sure the fp+ system weren't glitched.

Yes. Just try back later and it should be fine. I doubt there's a need to reset your password if you're willing to wait.

Yep. I kept getting the same message, member name/password don't match. I was getting ready to call IT when it finally allowed me to log-in (about 20 minutes after the first attempt).

Safest to just wait and come back later.

I tried changing it once a few months ago when the same thing happened and I lost everything and had to deal with IT to get it back.

As I was sitting on hold with WDW IT support, I thought I would check here to see if anyone else had that problem. Glad I did. I'll just wait and try later.

Thank goodness it isn't just me! I was on it checking things, then decided to change a FP and then that message kept coming up. If everyone is having this problem then I'll check back later.

Thank goodness I was just about to call the line. I thought my hard to get Christmas reservation may have footmen hacked into!! Gotta love the dis )

Had issues with the app this morning and the usual log out and back in again worked for that.


This evening, same issues as the rest of you on the website. I logged right out of the Disney site (you can be logged into the site but not into MDE) and then logged back in again and it seemed to sort out the issues for me.

Same problem here. Tomorrow is my date to make FP+. Do I need to make them at 12:01 am? I thought I'd take a peek now and can't log on. I knew if there was an issue I would hear about it here. Thanks everyone.
Will I miss out on the hard to get FP+ selections if I wait until morning? If the site is still down can I call them in?

Oh my goodness. While I am not happy that I can't sign in right now, I was so glad that I was able to come on here, see the thread title, and breathe a sigh of relief! Looks like it's just *another* glitch.

I cleared my browser history and then tried again completely typing in everything because I usually have my member name and password saved. It finally worked. I didnt change my password but just kept trying.

It's happened to everyone in my family just now as well. Very frustrating, since we are trying to change up some of our dining reservations for our trip in a couple of weeks! We're just going to wait until later tonight to give it a try, though.

me too! I'm glad I checked my reliable DISsers! We just got back today from a short stay and I wanted to look at our pics! Aargh...I'll try again tomorrow...

I would make the hard to get ones as soon as possible . Here are the ones I did not get A&E which I know is one of the most popular right now. I didnt get Wishes and I got 10:00pm-11:00pm for the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train. I never did get the Dessert party for the fireworks, even though this is not a fastpass lol.

Grrrrr I cant get back in again. I need to keep trying for a earlier fastpass for SDMT and wanted to keep checking for the Dessert Party at MK. I'm not happy about this and I hope it will be fixed by tomorrow
