I can't see my ressie WAY STRESSED!!!

I booked thru DU and like to check our my ressie (53 days and counting). I used to be able to see all the details of my ressie and know I'm paid in full, stateroom #, etc. Today I can see how many days to my ressie, but can't see any details. Has this happened to anyone else. My FIL's ressie, which I have paid for, still shows up perfectly. AAGGGHHH!!! Anyone have any ideas why I can no longer see mine?

Mine has been in and out all weekend. I am unable to see it today. When I click on the "Check your Reservation" button after logging on, I get an error screen. When I was actually able to get in successfully this weekend, I was getting page errors in two of the three frames.

There must be something wrong with their server.

Hey Amy~
It's working OK now... I just checked and it's up. Friday, I noticed my reservations, for some strange reason, were showing that I had a $2 balance, I had paid in full 2 weeks ago, I emailed them and now it's showing a 0 balance again.
They may have been having a problem with their server, but seems like it's ok now.

Hey Melody~
that's so strange, are you clicking on the C at the top of the DU page?? that's how I get into my reservations.

I actually just checked my email and Tammie replied, the $2 was increase tax that the government tacked onto Western cruises. So it wasn't a server problem on my end, just another government increase.

You may want to email DU directly and see if it is a problem on their end.

I just checked and mine is there and looks fine. Did you e-mail DU...
Don't stress over it, there is probably just a bug in the server.

Yes, Jeanny. I am starting with the "C" link. Earlier I was getting an entire page error after clicking on the "Review your Reservation" button. Now I am only getting the 2 page errors in 2 of the frames, but can see a majority of my reservation information. It seems to be stuck or generating an error when loading in the "DU Instant Rebate" cell of the table. Very strange.
