I can't remember when the Candlelight Processional Package tickets went on sale last year! Was it around the end of August? Also, I can't remember if I paid for them when I picked up the badges at our resort or had they already been charged to my CC when I called to reserve??? Anyone remember?

Your memory is correct. Last year it was the last week in August.
I believe our credit card was charged upon booking it.
