I can't get through to DFTW

I was trying to call and the automated message comes up so I press 1 and then the mssage keeps playing, it repeats over and over no matter what button I push.

What's the Deal?

And I went on their website and noticed they not longer have that click here and we'll call you feature.

What Happened to that?

I just called them and it was working OK for me.

I remember that button on the website and don't know what happened to it!

I had to call and I was able to get through, try again

Ok I tried later and got through but I had an appt. My cell phone reception is really bad so once I finally got through I hung up anyway. I'm gonna call tomorrow from my parents house.
