You are actually eating quite a few carbs, I think. You are probably experiencing a little withdrawal. I am staying as close to 0 carbs as I can for a week, just for this Alex challenge thing.

Go have a glass of water and take a walk or something to get your mind off it.
Let me share something that might help encourage you. Beanie started the Atkins plan which is less than 20 grams of carbs every day for two weeks and lost 11 pounds her first week.
I lost 5 pounds following the same plan the first week.
Stick with your plan, sweetie. You will be seeing results very soon and you will feel much better in about 4 days. Honest.
