I can't change my theme

I am trying to change my theme on here from Holidays to either the green or the default one and when I click on it nothing is happening, anyone else having trouble with this????? I tried clicking on the top right and bottom left and nothing is happening.

Go to the bottom the page on the left. Once there pick a scheme. I had no trouble changing mine.

They have been tweaking the options since the server change. If that does not work, try dumping your Net files and cookies.

I had trouble several times and then finally one time it worked. I am also having trouble with the smilies sometimes. I think that maybe some of the bugs from the upgrade are still working their way out!
