I can't change my siggy?

Whats going on?
How's come I can't change it?

Did you go to "User CP", then "edit signature"? You should then be able to make your changes, then scroll down and click "preview" and if you like it, then you click "save". I'm sort of new at this, too, but it has worked for me. Good luck!
