I was sooooooooo bad one day this weekend. I way over ate and way over drank....something I never do and I really thought I had blown any weight loss for the week. Yesterday I was up six pounds in water weight alone. I very nervously stepped on the scale this morning and I LOST WEIGHT!!!! I got to my 15 pound goal!!!! I had to keep getting off and then on the scale to get my brain to realize that yes I lost!!! I was sure I was going to either see no loss or even a water weight gain still there. NOPE. I dont however plan on repeating what I did over the weekend ever again until I get to my goal weight of 115 and then in a lot more moderation than I did on Saturday.

Way to Go! What an inspiration! Love that Clippie!

Keep the Faith!

Well, did you luck out or what! Good for you, I'm glad to hear that you don't plan a replay of those indulgences any time soon.

That new clippie is just gorgeous! I'm really proud of you. What an inspiration you are.

Congratulations on the weight loss and on the new clippie!!! That is great! :) Those overindulgences sure help clarify how much we want to stick to the healthy program, right? :)

TigH I cannot tell you how rotten I felt the next day after eating and drinking like that. I didnt have a hangover because I didnt drink enough to get drunk but my whole gastrointestinal tract was in wicked spasms the next day. I learned my lesson the hard way. I just cant eat like that anymore nor do I feel well when Im not eating on program. Im just following a 1200 calorie low fat diet but it seems to work nicely for me and I feel better when I stick to it.

Hugs, everyone makes mistakes and the best thing you can do is put it behind you and keep going. You have it in you to succeed. I know you can do it!!! Keep it up!

lvs_eeyore I know how you felt!

I had a scheduled cheat night on Friday. I made two fabulous hot dips (loaded with cheese). Someone else made guacamole (love fresh guacamole) and there were a few other snacks that I didn't touch. I mostly loaded up on the two hot dips. And I was bartender and mixed margaritas. So, like an idiot, I got full quickly and KEPT EATING!!!!

I slept horrible, woke up with an upset tummy, had weird dreams and felt full the next morning well past breakfast.

There is NO WAY I am going to do that again! Full means full and I don't care how good the food tastes. Feeling crummy after eating is not an option anymore.

Right now my menus consist of mild foods and lots of fresh veggies and some fresh fruit. Hardly anything processed. And after I eat, I feel satisfied, but not overly full. And I sleep the whole night through (unless the window is open and the whippoorwill is serenading us) ;) So since March 9th I've been feeling pretty darn good! The only rough nights I have are my "cheat nights" and I am thinking they are just not worth it. I thought it was something I would look forward to, but lately I would just rather stick with my plan!

We can start the "lessons learned about pigging out" club! ha ha!

Congratulations!!! Our bodies surprise us sometimes huh?! Great job!!!!
