Jiko is amazing! We enjoy it everytime we go. We sat at The Cooking Place the last time we were there (just DH & I) and we enjoyed that too. Enjoying your very detailed reports!!

This restaurant was a great escape from the theme parks. This restaurant has a great adult vibe about it. You would not know you were in Disney World, had it not been for the server’s name tags. I could dine at Jiko regularly once or twice a month and not get bored with the menu. The wine list is amazing. Be forewarned though. If you have picky eaters in your party, remember that all of the food tastes like something (good). Spices and salt are applied deftly everywhere.

I completely agree! Jiko is definitely one of my favorites.

Had never really considered Yachtsman before your review...was pleasantly surprised by your impressions...

Definately doing Jiko in August and strongly considering Citricos-looking forward to reading about that...

Also wondering and Yak and Yeti-while everyone seems to like the setting-the food is rated all over the place...

I'm also glad to see you do a little CS reviews-most people mix up their higher end dining with CS-so curious about that as well...

The butter thing is one of my pet peeves... I hate getting that almost frozen butter...what in the heck are you supposed to do with that:confused-it sure isn't spreadable so what's the point?
