Loving your reviews! Fabulous pictures...I'm drooling over your dessert from Les Chefs. Will be there in May, and I know what I'm ordering for dessert. DH had that same rib dish in January and he liked it too...and I loved that French Onion soup.

Can't wait for more...you're doing a great job (and I have to diet for 3.5 more weeks...argh!)

Love the review on Chef's. We have eaten there once for lunch also & really loved it!! I'm sorry I did not book an ADR for our upcoming trip. Oh my gosh-you're dessert looked soooo good!! Exactly what I would order!!

Love your take on Chefs de France, and if you haven't tryed it before, Bistro is excellent.

I'm in the industry as well (not a chef, I sell to folks like you!) So I had to laugh when you made the comment about the way snails are now being sold. I make comments like that all the time and the people I'm with think I'm nuts I can tell the difference between 4 different brands of mac & cheese just by looking at them and I can tell you instantly if it's homemade or not...it's a skill, no?

Terrific reviews! Love your take on dining! I had the Boneless Braised Beef Short Ribs at Chefs last summer and it was one of my favorite dishes all week. Been on the fence about going to the Yachtman, you may have pushed us over!
