I cannot log into the DVC member website!

I've been a member since April, but only went to the website once I believe. So last night I was trying to get some info, it said I needed my original Club ID and Pin number that had been mailed to me. I found those and entered them (they are different from the Member Number on the card). Anyway, all it does it take me to the site that talks about joining the DVC, but no special areas like the points usage, stuff like that. More of a DVC selling site.

Since Member Services does not open till tomorrow, anyone know what I'm doing wrong and can help me out?

If you've already been on the site, you should have a log in and password. You don't enter the original club ID and pin anymore to get on the site.

Did you try logging in with the login id and password you established after you visited the site the first time? The place to login after the first time is on the right site of the page - you should ignore the left side that asks for the original info.

P.S. If that isn't the problem, I'm afraid you will have to call MS for help on Monday.

If you have been there before, maybe you edited your user name and password. that is what I did and it makes it easier to use. Worst case scenario is you have to call ms on Monday to get on there. Then after you should create a user name and password so you will remember them.

Once you are in the DVC computer, you'll probably have to call MS to get your login info. Not sure how long it takes MS to send out the info needed by new members to access the members' website.

The vacation club id number has a dash right before the last digit.

DUH! I had forgotten we had set it up with passwords and I kept trying to use them in the incorrect fields. All fixed now, and thanks for your support!
