I can use my AP *on* the "valid-thru" date....right?

For instance...if my AP says, "valid thru 1/29/13"...I can use it ON 1/29/13...is that correct?

Good point about blockout days. If your question about January though was not just an example but your actual expiration date, know that January has no block out days for the deluxe.
