That is strange, have you completely registered for the boards and agreed to the Terms of Use and everything? The words under your name should say "Earning my Ears" not Registered User. Read this thread and see if there is anything there that you need to do http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=438251. I am guessing that you have not completed your registration process or have not officially registered for the DIS.

You are allowed to post on the Welcome board without registering for the full boards. You have to complete the full registration in order to post on the other boards. I think that may be why it says Registered User under your name instead of the ususal Earning My Ears.
