I can never get a pedicure...

My friend will NEVER get a pedicure. She can't stand nail clippers or people touching her feet. She bites her toenails. Don't ask.

Although that shows an admirable amount of dexterity, all I can think is--:scared1:

I thought so too. I can't even imagine.

OK so never ever 'google' toenail biting! :scared1: I am scarred for life.

This brings a whole new meaning to pedicures. What are these people thinking??

Jeez Louise, Jessica!

Now I can barely look at my own thread. :rotfl: I feel sorry for the poor nail tech who gets that woman's feet to work on.

Man, that just gives me the heebie jeebies.

I'm with you OP.

I'm not really grossed out about feet, I just don't want a stranger touching mine. Actually I don't really liked to be touched at all if it isn't necessary (except for DD hugs that is!).

We went on a cruise and my mom paid for a peducure for me...so I had to go. It was horrible! By the end I had a bad tension headache that turned into a migraine.

Am I wierd? Proabably...but please...DON'T TOUCH ME!!:)

A few thoughts:

1. OMFG. :scared1:

2. What kind of shoes can you wear with toenails like that?

3. Even with sandals, wouldn't you have to buy a size or two larger so the nails wouldn't hit the ground with every step?

4. OMFG, again. :scared:

5. In the lower picture (with the polka dot/striped talons), does it not appear that the woman's legs are unshaven? She'll spend $$$ on her scary, scary toenails, but not shave? :confused3

6. One last time.. OMFG. :crazy2:

:lmao: :rotfl: :rotfl2:

Anyway. I love, love, love my mani/pedi days. And I have a membership at Massage Envy. I guess I don't have a problem touching people (I'm a nurse and have to touch some nasty stuff) nor do I have a problem being touched. As a matter of fact, I've been in a cast for almost 6 weeks. The cast comes off Thursday and guess where I'm going. :rolleyes1 Yep, to get my mani/pedi AND a massage. I can't wait. :yay:  :dance3: :cheer2:

I'm with ya there! I do not find that attractive at all!

Are you sure it's a woman?

I was the same way - didn't want anyone touching my feet. I would go every 2 weeks for my nails.

Finally oneday I went for a pedi - and LOVED it. It is so relaxing!
