Gonna ruin Maw’s birthday

I’m unable to post photos from my iOS Photos app, which I usually just copy/paste. This happened two days ago. Is there a setting I may have changed inadvertently? This is consistent across all my iOS devices: iPad, iPhone, MacBook. All are running current updates, and I CAN copy/paste into other apps/sites/Forums, so it’s not a problem with my devices. Any insights?
